
Somatic Meditation & Mindfulness Class
A restorative experience to reconnect with breath, body, and presence.
This virtual trauma-informed class combines somatic awareness, breathwork, and mindfulness-based practices to help employees slow down, reset, and regulate their nervous systems. Participants are guided through a seated or reclined experience focused on calming the mind, tuning into the body, and building emotional resilience.
No experience with meditation required, just an openness to pause.

Experience
No prior experience is required. This class is beginner-friendly and designed to meet people exactly where they are, whether they’ve done yoga before or not.
CLASS SIZE
There’s no strict limit for virtual sessions. For in-person sessions, we recommend up to 25 people per facilitator. For larger groups, we can discuss bringing in co-facilitators or adjusting the format.
EQUIPMENT
All that is needed is some open space. Comfortable clothing is recommended. For virtual sessions, we provide a Zoom link or can join your preferred platform.
TRAVEL
For in-person classes, travel within 25 minutes of Topanga, CA or Scottsdale, AZ is included. For sessions beyond that, a travel fee will apply based on distance and time. Additional costs may apply for air travel, parking or accommodation if required. Final pricing will be confirmed during booking.
