MEET AIMEE

Aimee Strauss is a trauma informed Somatic Practitioner, Embodiment Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher with nearly a decade of experience helping individuals and corporate teams cultivate embodied resilience, emotional intelligence, and nervous system regulation. Her integrative approach draws from advanced training in trauma resolution, somatic therapy, yoga, and mindfulness—offering body-based tools that reduce stress, and support adaptability, and sustainable performance in today’s demanding work environments. Through her offerings, Aimee empowers clients to build greater inner capacity, deepen presence, and lead from a grounded place.

Sarah Sheade is a certified yoga teacher, wellness facilitator, and marketing consultant with 15+ years of experience as a business owner. A former professional dancer with a degree in Dance from Chapman University, she blends movement, mindfulness, and business insight to help individuals and teams regulate stress, improve focus, and perform at their best. Through The Regulated Workplace, Sarah leads transformative wellness experiences that support balance, clarity, and sustainable success.
